Browser Settings Help
The Accolo application requires JavaScript to be enabled in your web browser in order to work properly. Please follow the instructions below to enable JavaScript in your browser. Unless noted, these instructions assume you are on the most recent version of the browser listed.
Internet Explorer 6, 7, 8
- From the Internet Explorer menu, select Tools then Internet Options...
- Click the Security tab
- Press the Custom Level... button
- Scroll down to Active Scripting and select Enable
- Press the OK button
- Press the OK button
- JavaScript is now enabled and you can sign in
Firefox for Windows
- From the Firefox menu, select Tools then Options...
- Click Content tab
- Select Enable JavaScript
- Press the OK button
- JavaScript is now enabled and you can sign in
Firefox for Mac
- From the OS X menu bar, select Firefox then Preferences...
- Click the Content tab
- Select Enable JavaScript
- JavaScript is now enabled and you can sign in
Safari for Mac
- From the OS X menu bar, select Safari then Preferences...
- Click the Security tab
- Under the Web content section, select Enable JavaScript
- JavaScript is now enabled and you can sign in
Safari for Windows
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the browser
- Click Preferences...
- Click the Security tab
- Under the Web content section, select Enable JavaScript
- JavaScript is now enabled and you can sign in
Opera for Windows
- From the Opera menu, select Tools then Preferences...
- Click the Advanced tab
- Click Content
- Select Enable JavaScript
- JavaScript is now enabled and you can sign in
Opera for Mac
- From the OS X menu bar, select Opera then Preferences...
- Click the Advanced tab
- Click Content
- Select Enable JavaScript
- JavaScript is now enabled and you can sign in
The Accolo application recommends Cookies be enabled in your web browser, but they are not required. Please follow the instructions below to enable Cookies in your browser. Unless noted, these instructions assume you are on the most recent version of the browser listed.
Internet Explorer 6, 7, 8
- From the Internet Explorer menu, select Tools then Internet Options...
- Click the Privacy tab
- Press the Advanced... button
- Check Overide automatic cookie handling
- Under First-party cookies, select Accept
- Under Third-party cookies, select Block
- Press the OK button
- Cookies are now enabled
Firefox for Windows
- From the Firefox menu, select Tools then Options...
- Click the Privacy tab
- Under the Cookies section, check Accept cookies from sites
- Press the OK button
- Cookies are now enabled
Firefox for Mac
- From the OS X menu bar, select Firefox then Preferences...
- Click the Privacy tab
- Check Accept cookies from sites
- Cookies are now enabled
Safari for Mac
- From the OS X menu bar, select Safari then Preferences...
- Click the Security tab
- Under the Accept cookies section, select Only from the sites I visit
- Cookies are now enabled
Safari for Windows
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the browser
- Click the Preferences...
- Click the Security tab
- Under the Accept cookies section, select Only from the sites I visit
- Cookies are now enabled
Opera for Windows
- From the Opera menu, select Tools then Preferences...
- Click the Advanced tab then click Cookies
- Select either Accept cookies or Accept cookies only from the sites I visit - the latter is more secure
- Cookies are now enabled
Opera for Mac
- From the OS X menu bar, select Opera then Preferences...
- Click the Advanced tab then click Cookies
- Select either Accept cookies or Accept cookies only from the sites I visit - the latter is more secure
- Cookies are now enabled
