As our Technical Sales Manager, your primary mission will be to lead the sales effort for both current and new business opportunities by identifying, developing, and strengthening customer relationships. As the fearless hunter in the Northe Western Region, your territory will include, but is not limited to, Northern California, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Because this is a cross divisional role, you will generate sales for all products offered by BSG including Wine and  Distilling product groups, working closely with the BSG sales team, Sales Director, and Vice President. Ensuring orderly and consistent contact with current and prospective BSG Distilling customers, you will produce enough new profitable business to grow and increase the profit goals of the company.

Working out of your home office located near a major airport, you will be expected to travel approximately 50% of the time to existing customers, prospective customers, trade shows, and BSG company locations. Essential to this opportunity will be your positive energy, polished and engaging communication style, and your strong consultative sales experience with clients. Your ability to develop customer relationships, execute key sales objectives and help distilling partners achieve sales goals will be key to your success. Previous experience in the Distilling or Winemaking industry will be vital to your success as you identify business opportunities and concerns with the ability to develop appropriate strategies to address each.  This dynamic position requires a self-starting, motivated person who possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with support personnel.
