As Technical Sales Manager within our Cross Divisional team, your primary mission will be to lead the sales effort for both current and new business opportunities by identifying, developing, and strengthening customer relationships with Distillers, Winemakers and Home brew retailers. As the fearless hunter in the Eastern Region, your territory will include CT, DE, KY, ME, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VT, WV, VA, MD. Because this is a cross divisional role, a background in winemaking, distilling or fermented beverage production will hold you in good stead. While a fairly autonomous role, you will be working closely with the BSG sales and marketing teams, Sales Director, and Vice President. Ensuring orderly and consistent contact with current and prospective BSG customers, to produce enough new profitable business to grow and increase the profit goals of the company.

Working out of your home office located near a major airport, you will be expected to travel approximately 50% of the time to existing customers, prospective customers, trade shows, and BSG company locations. Essential to this opportunity will be your positive energy, polished and engaging communication style, and your strong consultative sales experience with clients. Your ability to develop customer relationships, execute key sales objectives and help distilling partners achieve sales goals will be key to your success. Previous experience in the distilling or winemaking industry will be vital to your success as you identify business opportunities and concerns with the ability to develop appropriate strategies to address each.  This dynamic position requires a self-starting, motivated person who possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with support personnel.
