As the Office and Events Manager at Verve, you will make our NEW office yours- creating ground up process and procedures for all team events and daily office efficiency creating a cohesive Verve experience. As a member of our Global People Team, you will greet everyone from our suppliers, new hires to high-level investors. Variety is the name of the game in this pivotal position supporting our talented Las Vegas team, providing the team what they need from an office support perspective, so they can continue growing our business. As the Office and Events Manager, you will be at the center of planning office efficiency and activity. You are supercharged by your mission to support the needs of your team who depend on your knowledge to successfully complete their jobs.  In this exciting role, you will leverage your administrative office support experience efficiently handling all necessary tasks that make the office run smoothly such as; managing our meeting room calendars, working with the global team, executing our internal events, getting our new hires all set to go, setting up vendor suppliers and making sure the office is stocked with healthy snacks and beverage essentials! Ideally, you have previous office experience that will help you get our new office up and running at the speed that we run- fast!  Your passionate, "can do," and pro-active attitude, as well as exceptional organizational skills, will serve you well in maintaining our friction-free environment. Your key focus from an office management standpoint is as follows:

  • People Management - You are the main point of contact as the “eyes, ears and feet on the ground,” in our Las Vegas office for our Global People Team and thrive on building relationships, keeping your finger on the pulse of our office.
  • Facilities Management - Outside of the typical management of office supplies, equipment, deliveries, expense management, office appearance, etc., you will help us establish our NEW office procedures and office systems.
  • Event Planning and Team Events - It's the heart of what makes our office such a great place to work! Be our curator and creator of fun! Planning Monday breakfast, Friday treats, monthly lock-ins, monthly themed lunches and any external local events.

With your strong passion to be a central part of our growing team, your keen eye for detail and effective organizational skills, you will ensure that our office runs like a well-oiled machine.
