What You'll Do:

Working from our Los Angeles Arts District office or our facility in Las Vegas, NV, you will bring your sales leadership expertise to our vibrant cross-functional, international team as you excel in your mission to Create and drive our inside sales strategy, taking into account our different destinations and speed of growth, and the need to always maintain a brilliant customer experience. 

  • Lead, manage and scale our inside sales teams from around 10 people to more than 30 over the next 12 months. Expand the current focus on inbound activity to include a high-functioning outbound capability as well.  
  • Execute against your plan, which will be measured through team performance, development and satisfaction.
  • Deliver your plan for leadership approval with your first 60 days of working with the team.
  • Define and implement systems and processes in order to create a perfect sales experience to scale your team more efficiently and effectively, developing play books and collateral for on-boarding and team ramp-up.

Measure overall team performance by developing key metrics and KPI’s which are tracked through Salesforce.com.

What You'll Bring:

Our Director of Inside Sales will bring a verifiable and successful track record of driving teams in multi-touchpoint selling techniques and cadence including social media, email, text and phone based selling. We want you to have done this from the ground up before, so you can do it again with us. Better. Our CRM is Salesforece.com, and you should have a good understanding of that tool or similar platform.
