As our Community Experience Specialist bases out of our Las Vegas office you will be answering incoming email, phone, chat and SMS communication, from our customers to help them complete travel packages for their group trips and trouble shoot any challenges. You will also work closely with the rest of your team to help set up events and work on projects.  So far this sounds like typical customer service type role.  But at JusCollege we are an established start up organization with an unbeatable culture that values personal and professional mastery! You will be working in a team environment providing friendly support through phone calls, emails and live chat to customers traveling with JusCollege, answering incoming calls from customers to help them complete travel packages.  We offer an exciting and dynamic “start-up” environment, frequent team building activities including yearly company-wide retreats, the opportunity to work closely with the founders and be a part of growing the company.
