We are seeking a team member (Assistant Property Manager) with applicable experience in commercial property management (e.g. experience as a Tenant Coordinator, Property Assistant or the like) to work directly with Crosspoint's Director of Property Management on a portfolio of Bay Area shopping centers. This position is located in our corporate office in the Financial District of San Francisco. This is a great opportunity for someone relatively new to the business, but committed to a career in commercial property management, to work with and be mentored by an industry veteran with a strong track record of developing young talent. It is important that any candidate have some (1-2 years minimum) experience in commercial property management; we cannot consider candidates that would be brand new to commercial property management. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and maintaining excellent client/tenant/vendor relationships
  • Overseeing the maintenance and repair of the properties
  • Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial variance reports
  • Assisting with the preparation and analysis of tenant and property sales reports and sales reports
  • Assisting with preparation of reimbursement reconciliations for CAM and taxes
  • Coordinating administration of tenant leases and vendor contracts Administration of certificates of insurance, lease abstracts and other property management tools

Skills required:
Must have a four year college degree and experience in commercial property management, preferably with some time spent involved in shopping center management. Candidates must possess exceptional organizational and computer skills (experience with Yardi, Kardin, CTI or MRI a plus), a basic understanding of accounting principles, and excellent written, verbal and customer service skills.  Candidates should be skilled at multi-tasking, meeting deadlines and comfortable working independently.
