The Guest Relations Concierge position with SuiteAmerica is a role where you can shine and yet expand your skill set in the hospitality field! The right candidate will thrive in this role, when tenants and ownership are happy, the building is clean and safe, and each guests' stay is a 5-star SuiteAmerica experience! As a gracious greeter and property management point person, you will make it all happen.
To be successful in this role you should have strong communication and organizational skills and loads of energy! You must be willing to handle a variety of responsibilities and make sound operational decisions. You should respect structure and at the same time appreciate out-of-the-box ideas. It is imperitive that you synthesize an inspiring livingspace for our tenants, using next-level communication skills, creative solution-based thinking and an eye for esthetics.
The work schedule for this role is Tuesday - Saturday 11:30am - 8pm and is a full time position.Though Onboarding, training and cross training for this role will be located at the El Dorado Hills office for one or two days. *Most training will take place on the job, at the new Mountain View location!*
A day in the life of the Guest Relations Concierge: Greet people with a warm and friendly demeanor, look for areas to improve either in operations or environment, handle tenant requests and communications, manage conference room bookings and service, maintain business documents and processes, monitor building conditions and facilitate maintenance needs, respond to building security issues, set and maintain expectations with tenants and vendors, assist with onboarding new tenants, and have excellent follow-through to close loops.You work well independently with little input and at the same time are a team collaborator. You are a fast learner, independent thinker but takes direction well!
As the Guest Relations Concierge, you have at least 3 years experience in some or a combination of the following: property management/leasing, customer service, hospitality, guest relations, corporate housing, leasing agent, hotel services etc.
