As our Warehouse Supervisor in the Howell Durant facility, you will be responsible for assuring that quality related documentation and policy is maintained and implemented in accordance to ISO-9001/IATF16949. You will also lead the team towards continuous improvement in productivity, shipping, and customer satisfaction. Essential to this position will be your experience managing a team of associates, ensuring our parts meet the customer’s requirements, and building rapport with all levels of employees. These skills will aid you in your ability to meet the metrics for which you will be responsible.
