If you are an entry-level maintenance candidate looking to grow your career in an exciting and busy environment, consider Hatch Stamping as the next step in advancing your career.  You will work with experienced machinists and engineers to help us build the fixtures and tooling that allow us to build precision assemblies. You will also be a part of the team that keeps our production cells running efficiently by assisting in preventative maintenance, helping with simple repairs and completing other maintenance duties as assigned.

Maintenance Helper will be responsible for:

  • Basic operation of Mill and Lathe machines safely and accurately
  • Make appropriate adjustments to machines as needed
  • Reading blueprints and using precision measuring equipment to confirm dimensions and accuracy
  • Inspecting samples for production specifications
  • Basic MIG, some TIG welding fixtures/racks
  • Resurfacing electrodes
  • Resurfacing and repairing welding horns
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Follow company production procedures
  • Basic computer skills
  • Adapting to change and new situations


  • Permanent work authorization for the USA required 
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate within a team environment
  • High energy, flexible, self-starter
  • Attention to detail and precision in work
