As our Quality Engineer based in Chelsea, MI, you will be responsible for assuring that quality-related documentation and policy is maintained and implemented in accordance to ISO-9001 while leading the quality program towards continuous improvement in productivity, value streams, and customer satisfaction. Essential to this position will be your experience coaching and educating employees and supervisors on quality concerns, working in cross-functional teams building rapport with all levels of employees, and interacting directly with the customer. These skills will aid you in your ability to determine quality metrics that impact key performance indicators and communicate the results of implementing improvements.
