Key Account Manager DACH | Remote

This is your challenge
As Key Account Manager DACH you will join our European sales team and will focus primarily on further growing our footprint in the construction branch in the DACH region. You will identify international key accounts together with our Business Planning division and develop the right business strategy. Which projects are scheduled in the near future? What are the client needs, and how can we fulfill them? How can we ensure the best result possible, so we can broaden our market share? You know the answer to all of these questions. 
With your natural sales acumen, you identify your key stakeholders and approach them accordingly. Being an experienced sales professional, you know how to collect the right information to interpret customer needs and provide suitable Topcon solutions. In short: you are the right person from the right organization with the right solution – every time. 
Among others, your tasks will consist of: 

  • Developing the sales strategy to increase turnover and margin
  • Analyzing company performance and define action plans
  • Cooperating with subsidiaries and partners to achieve shared goals
  • Acting as Topcon ambassador towards Key Machinery Partners and Major Accounts
  • Providing sales forecasting and progress reports

This is a 100% remote role which can be filled anywhere in Europe. Please note that this role will require approximately 60% business travel in EMEA, as you focus primarily on clients with a strong presence in the DACH region directly or through subsidiaries. 

This is what you bring

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in a commercial or technical field)
  • 5+ years experiences in a similar role
  • Strong network in construction or related branches
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal
