Perr&Knight’s Administration Department is seeking to add an enthusiastic and professional Administrative Assistant to our Santa Monica, California team.

Perr&Knight’s HR / Administrative Department supports all departments at Perr&Knight in the Santa Monica office as well as satellite offices throughout the U.S.  Our department acts as the “go-to” place for PK employees with benefits, HR-related issues, logistics and company infrastructure.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Performing administrative tasks as requested by the CAO, Director of HR, HR Manager or Sr. HR Coordinator
  • Acting as the receptionist for all office visitors
  • Coordinating facilities maintenance
  • Assisting in maintaining proper equipment and asset inventories
  • Assisting in planning and coordinating office events
  • Facilitating mail collection and distribution
  • Running general office errands 
  • Assisting with on-boarding and off-boarding administration 
  • Monitoring and coordinating conference room schedule
  • Ordering and maintaining office and kitchen supplies
  • Performing other human resources and administrative tasks related to the local office (various filing, supply inventories, parking administration, plant maintenance, breakroom maintenance, etc.)

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • High school or college degree
  • Proficiency at scheduling and prioritizing work and deliverables to consistently meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail, good organization, resourcefulness, sound judgment and confidence
  • Basic Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-pace, time-sensitive environment
