Bunting is seeking a Metal Detection Service Technician to join our team! This is a remote position and we are looking for candidates in the geographical locations of Chicago, Houston, Dallas or Kansas City. The idea candidate would be able to troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical, electrical, and controls problems, as well as respond to basic warranty calls. 

Up to $5,000 signing bonus (guidelines apply)

Summary:  The Metal Detection Service Technician's responsibilities include set-up, inspection, diagnostic, phone technical support, loading software and PLC programming. Travel to customer sites will include start-up training, installation and debugging metal detectors and related equipment. Travel can range up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications:

• Strong electronics background.
• Competent in running electronic diagnostic equipment.
• 3-5 years' experience in electronic trouble-shooting. 
• Competent oral and written communication skills.
