Associate Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will manage and lead the delivery of all tactical marketing items for a dedicated and collaborative team. This includes assisting in strategizing and coordinating the details of corporate tradeshows, corporate collateral and other marketing materials, and all demo units and demonstration events. The IntelliGuard Associate Marketing Manager will also manage the company’s social media pages and work with external creative agencies as needed. You will also work with external sales channels and partners to coordinate training events, manage logistics, and ensure customer and partner satisfaction. What You’ll Do:

  • Work with the marketing and sales teams to implement and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships.
  • Act as the internal SME for the company CRM (HubSpot) managing the sales pipeline, running reports, and controlling inputs, as necessary.
  • Train salespeople on processes, procedures, templates, and any other sales tools.
  • Work with internal team, including VP of Marketing and executive leadership to plan and drive the strategy for corporate tradeshows.
  • Partner internally and externally to coordinate and execute on tradeshows and pertinent event deliverables, including the coordination of lead management and follow-up after the show.
  • Coordinate the appropriate internal and external parties to develop the marketing strategy and roadmap for quarterly and annual execution.
  • Execute social media and marketing campaigns using HubSpot. Use platform analytics to perform subject line, content, and other relevant tests.
  • Work across marketing and sales to develop sales tools and collateral, including brochures and handouts, training materials, and videos.
  • Work across marketing, client relations, and implementation to develop educational tools and materials to support and educate IntelliGuard customers.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales team on marketing activities and the development of sales tools, collateral, press releases, corporate marketing materials, tradeshows, and messaging updates.
  • Work with sales teams and sales partners to schedule training events, customer demonstrations, and any other coordination needs.
  • Works closely and collaboratively with Application Development, Operations, Business Development, and Sales to lead timely execution of content and event deliverables.
  • Follow proper QA and regulatory requirements for documentation release and publication.
  • Adheres to company policies, including Privacy/HIPAA, as well as other legal and regulatory directives.

  • BS/BA Degree in Marketing, Business, Health Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
  • Two or more years of related experience in a combination of marketing coordination and creative marketing roles.
  • Experience working with and managing external vendors to ensure alignment, project completion, and success.
  • Ability to conduct limited travel in the US and North America (up to 25% travel).
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment is a plus.
  • Experience working with HubSpot is a plus.
