East Central College has an openings for part-time Law Enforcement instructors.
A new partnership at East Central College is providing law enforcement training in the Rolla area that fits students’ schedules and provides the opportunity for financial aid and services. Read more about the program here.
Class times are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 5:00pm - 9:00pm & Saturdays 8:00am - 5:00pm during the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. Classes will follow the academic calendar.
Minimum Qualifications:
For the law enforcement program courses, all faculty must be licensed as a generalist and/or specialist instructor as required by 11 CSR 75-14.080 through the Missouri POST Program. Adjuncts are hired on a per semester basis and are eligible to teach a maximum of 18 credit hours per calendar year and only 9 credit hours per semester.
Adjuncts are paid per credit hour (pch) based on level of degree obtained.
- Bachelor - $630 (pch)
- Master - $650 (pch)
- Academic/Terminal or Professional - $660 (pch)
- Academic Doctoral - $670 (pch) or ECC Faculty Retiree - $670 (pch)
