Tower23 is currently seeking a Bellman to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume, boutique hotel environment to continue the tradition of excellence and service for which Tower23 is known. 

Must have the availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. 

 

Position Qualifications 

• Prior experience working in a hotel and/or motel environment preferred. 
• Excellent customer service, and ability to maintain composure, think clearly, and perform well under pressure working in a fast-paced environment. 
• Must be able to work in a culturally diverse environment. 
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. 
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. on an occasional basis. 
• Ability to push and/or pull up to 100 lbs. on a rolling cart. 
• Ability to stand for long periods of time. 

 

Example of Duties (this is a sampling and not an all-inclusive list): 

• Follow established hotel safety protocols and procedures at all times. 
• Is familiar with the layout of the hotel and memorize the preferred route for escorting guests.  
• Provides information to guests about the hotel facilities and services. 
• Assist guests checking in or out with their baggage, answering questions, making deliveries. 
• Monitor cleanliness of public facilities such as rest rooms, pool area, entrances. Stock with supplies as needed. 
• Recognizes customers immediately with a warm and hospitable welcome. 
• Coordinates with Front Desk staff regarding daily VIP arrivals and special guests. 

 

**Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required 

to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.** 

 

SALARY RANGE: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
