East Central College has openings for part-time Medical Assistant adjunct instructors to teach the clinical lab courses of the curriculum. Adjuncts are needed to teach evening classes at the Rolla location.

Minimum Qualifications: Medical Assistant Certificate plus two year’s work experience as a Medical Assistant preferred; completion of AAS degree preferred; CMA/RMA not required but willing to sit for exam once hired. Previous teaching experience preferred. (Comparable amount of training, education or experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications such as LPN or RN).

Adjuncts are hired on a per-semester basis and are paid between $630 to $670 per credit hour (PCH) based on the level of degree obtained.
