As a Senior Software Engineer at Mitutoyo Research & Development America, Inc. (MRDA), you’ll help ensure that the next generation of the market leading metrology software is brought to life, using modern technology and best software development practices. You'll be working in an agile environment and collaborating with several software development teams, influencing the direction of measurement software for a world-leading metrology manufacturer.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
You will need to bring your extensive experience building Windows Applications, using both C++ and C#/.NET. Strong debugging and refactoring skills on a large source code base are also important. Technical design skills, mentoring capabilities, and great team collaboration are other traits we are looking for.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The salary range is $120,000-$160,000 per year. The successful candidate’s salary will be determined based on job-related experience/ knowledge/ skills, education, and complexity and responsibility of the role. Benefits include 100% paid medical, dental, vision insurance (75% for dependents), 100% paid life and disability insurance, 6% matching 401k, 15 vacation days, 12 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days per year, and eligibility for performance based annual bonus.
