Project Coordinator - Telecommuting or Office Based (OH, CA, FL, NJ)

We are currently seeking a part-time (20-25 hours per week) Project Coordinator to help support our Operations and Technology Consulting department. Please note that this position may be eligible for remote work, and/or has the option to be based in one of our offices (Cincinnati, OH, Santa Monica, CA, Boca Raton, FL, or Jersey City, NJ).

What You'll be Doing:

  • Set up new projects in SharePoint, Deltek and Teams
  • Generate project financial reports
  • Prepare monthly invoices for projects
  • Enter consultant time and reconcile to project activities
  • Attend project meetings, take notes and prepare project status reports
  • Monitor a support email inbox and create tickets for customer issues.
