What We Need You to Do

• Develop new business and increase sales with customers and distributors in the DACH region.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing key accounts to maximize high voltage business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional technical support to enhance the quality of sales.
• Collaborate with Spellman global products team and the corporate sales team to achieve objectives and build strong internal relations.
• Promote and develop excellent customer satisfaction and enhance the company’s reputation.
• Conduct detailed marketing analysis for products and prepare reports for management presentations.
• Generate sales inquiries, identify requirements, and prepare detailed quotations and proposals.
• Promote sales of Spellman’s standard and custom products manufactured in all facilities.
• Prepare costings for new and existing products and provide quotations to ensure profitability.
• Continuously develop your knowledge of high voltage products and applications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the sales contact database.
• Support ISO9001 Quality and ISO14001 Environmental requirements and improvement activities.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven successful track record in technical custom sales to OEMs.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Curious, inquisitive, and enthusiastic about learning new things.
• Proficiency in German and English languages is essential.
• An engineering degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent higher technical education.
• Ability to travel without restriction.
• Strong skills in marketing analysis and research.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales contact databases.
• Applications knowledge within sectors such as Medical and Industrial X-Ray, Analytical instrumentation, and Industrial High Voltage Applications is a distinct advantage.
