Position Overview

Stanford Seed seeks a motivated Transformation Program Coordinator to support the execution of the Seed Transformation Program (STP). Responsibilities include coordinating activities, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth operations during classroom/online sessions. The Transformation Program Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Program Manager and Network Manager to uphold Stanford Seed's standards of excellence and contribute to the STP's success.

The Transformation Program Coordinator will be directly responsible for:

  • Assist Program Manager and Network Manager for the Seed Transformation Program and Seed Transformation Network-related activities. 

  • Support the Program Manager in coordinating all activities leading to the Seed Transformation Program (STP) including week long classroom sessions (“Immersion Weeks”) in Chennai, India.

  • Support the Program Manager for classroom / online activities and logistics related to the Transformation Program, including breakout sessions.

  • Assist in driving programmatic elements, including surveys, and provide administrative assistance for smooth execution.

  • Collaborate with Network Manager to identify and secure external support for STP sessions, including local speakers and prior program participants.

  • Assist Network Manager and Program Manager in facilitating the arrival and success of Seed Faculty, Staff , coaches and interns in India. 

  • Support the Network Manager in the recruitment process for STP participants and organizing information sessions.

  • Coordinate orientation programs for interns and coaches in India.

  • Assist with the execution of STN events, including webinars, Annual Conclave,  Knowledge sessions. 

  • Assist with Seed impact data collection efforts, by formulating and executing strategies to collect and analyze the critical company growth data from STN members.

  • Manage inventory and ensure all necessary materials and resources are available for program activities.

These duties may be adjusted as needed to suit the business needs of the Seed South Asia Program.

 To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field, and three (3) to five (5) years of experience in program coordination and execution, project management, or related positions, preferably within an educational or nonprofit setting, or a combination of education and experience.
  •  Near-native Hindi or Tamil language proficiency.
  • An advanced level of fluent English skills both oral and written, including active listening and interpersonal skills needed to work with a broad range of individuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate, manage and execute various program activities, including logistics, scheduling, and participant communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, G suite and familiarity with project management software is a plus.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in India.
  • Will work variable hours, evenings, or weekends.
  • Will travel locally and/or internationally with occasional overnight travel.
