What We Need You to Do

• Oversee tax compliance and planning for partnership, trust, corporations and high net worth individuals across multiple industries.
• Lead the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to tax laws.
• Provide expert guidance on tax planning and research with clients.
• Mentor and develop a talented team of tax professionals, offering insights and leadership to elevate our client service.
• Manage multiple client projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Support the firm’s growth by delivering thoughtful, strategic tax consulting services.
• Occasional travel for staff retreats and client meetings.

What You Bring to the Table

• A CPA license and a robust understanding of federal and state tax laws.
• At least 5 years of hands-on tax experience, ideally across various industries.
• 2+ years in a Tax Manager role, with proven leadership experience.
• A degree in Accounting or Taxation (BS/BA/MSA/MST).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for breaking down complex issues for clients.
• A collaborative spirit and a proactive attitude, always ready to step in and help your team.
• A commitment to high standards and continuous learning.
• The ability to think strategically and offer tailored solutions to complex tax challenges.
