Senior Tax Accountant — Partner Track in 24 Months
San Jose, California - Full Time

We’re a San Jose-based firm with a 40+ year reputation for serving closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and families with complex tax and financial needs. We’re known for thoughtful, long-term client relationships and a deep bench of talent — and now we’re looking to add one more.

One of our three partners is planning to retire within 24 months, and we’re looking for a sharp, client-centered Senior Tax Accountant ready to take the baton. You’ll have a clear runway, close mentorship, and a front-row seat to how we run and grow the practice — with every intention of bringing you into the partnership.

This opportunity is intentionally off the radar to allow for a confidential and thoughtful transition. If you’re a tax expert who’s ready to shift from execution only to leadership and execution — and want to do that inside a tight-knit, values-driven firm — we want to meet you.
