What We Need You to Do

  • Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive, pediatric, behavioral, and community health services, to a diverse patient population.

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

  • Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to integrate mental health services into patient care.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and clinical audits to enhance patient outcomes.

  • Supervise and mentor mid-level providers, residents, and medical students as needed.

  • Engage in community outreach activities, such as health fairs, to promote AACI's services and mission.

  • Provide after-hours on-call support on a rotational basis.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

  • Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of California.

  • Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.

  • Unrestricted, active DEA license and current BLS certification.

  • Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.

  • Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, or Vietnamese is highly desirable.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

  • Commitment to AACI's mission and values, with a passion for serving underserved communities.
