About the Role
EcoTensil is seeking a highly organized B2B Email, Campaign & Trade Show Operations Manager with Graphic Design Skills to manage the execution, coordination, and measurement of our B2B marketing campaigns across email, social media, and industry trade shows.
This role is about turning B2B marketing plans into consistent, measurable execution. Strategy, positioning, and brand direction are already defined. What we need is someone who thrives on organizing details, coordinating moving parts, tracking performance, and ensuring every campaign and event is executed professionally and on time.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys structure, accountability, and follow-through—and who understands the fundamentals of B2B marketing cadence, audience targeting, and lead generation.
Core Responsibilities
B2B Email Marketing Campaign Management (Primary Focus)

Build, schedule, test, and deploy B2B email marketing campaigns using Zoho

Manage campaign calendars, send schedules, and audience segmentation (customers, prospects, distributors, partners)

Support basic lifecycle, nurture, and event-driven email campaigns
-
Format layouts, insert graphics, and ensure brand-consistent presentation

Perform QA checks for links, formatting, deliverability, and mobile responsiveness
B2B Social Media Campaign Execution

Coordinate and schedule B2B-focused social media content aligned with campaign goals
-
Adapt approved messaging and creative for B2B audiences and platforms
-
Maintain posting calendars and ensure consistent cadence
-
Support integrated campaign launches tied to product initiatives and trade shows
Campaign Tracking & B2B Performance Metrics

Track and report B2B marketing performance metrics, including:

Email open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and list growth

Engagement by audience segment (customers vs prospects)
-
Social reach, engagement, and campaign performance
-

Maintain organized dashboards or reporting spreadsheets
-
Ensure metrics are accurate, timely, and clearly communicated

Flag performance trends, execution gaps, or data inconsistencies
Trade Show & B2B Event Coordination

Coordinate logistics for B2B trade shows and industry events, including:

Event timelines, deadlines, and exhibitor requirements

Booth materials, signage, samples, and collateral

Shipping, inventory tracking, and on-site readiness

Coordinate pre-event and post-event B2B email and social campaigns
-
Track leads, follow-up workflows, and basic event ROI metrics

Maintain organized event checklists, timelines, and post-event summaries
Design & Asset Support

Create and update marketing assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Prepare graphics for email, social media, and trade show use

Follow established brand and creative direction

Ensure assets are production-ready and delivered on time
Copy & Content Support

Write, edit, and proof short-form B2B marketing copy for email, social, and event materials

Ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism across all communications

What We’re Looking For

Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns

Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Zoho preferred)

Comfort tracking, organizing, and reporting B2B marketing metrics

Experience coordinating trade shows or B2B events (or strong aptitude to learn)
