Rothrock Civil Construction is seeking a hands-on Crew Leadman to guide and support our field crews on exciting construction projects. Key Responsibilities for Success

• Plan Interpretation: Reading civil blueprints to determine pipe locations, depths, and material specifications.
• Grade Management: Setting up the pipe laser, calculating slope percentages, and ensuring the line is installed at the correct elevation.
• Crew Leadership: Delegating tasks to laborers, training new hires on rigging and tools, and maintaining a productive work pace.
• Logistics & Utility Safety: Managing material inventory and identifying/marking existing underground utilities to prevent accidental damage.
• Quality & Testing: Performing final inspections on joints and overseeing pressure or air tests to ensure the system meets project standards.

What You Bring to the Table

• A strong work ethic and serious respect for safety
• 1 Years verifiable experience and knowledge in wet utilities installation.
• Experience working around heavy equipment.
• Training in trench safety and confined space.
