What We Need You to Do

  • Manage Multi‑Channel Journeys: Own the execution of lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in‑app channels to boost engagement and retention.

  • Build & Launch Campaigns: Schedule, build, QA, and deploy onboarding, retention, and win‑back campaigns that feel personalized and timely.

  • Segment & Personalize: Help define key customer segments and tailor messaging that resonates at each stage of the customer journey.

  • Drive Testing & Optimization: Design A/B tests, analyze results, and make data‑informed recommendations that continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Report Insights: Assist in building dashboards and synthesizing performance data into actionable insights for the broader team.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success to ensure lifecycle efforts integrate smoothly with company priorities and product milestones.

  • Experience with Lifecycle Marketing: You’ve managed email/SMS/push campaigns and understand how to move customers through meaningful stages with measurable impact.
