We are seeking an accomplished commercial leader to drive strategic growth across the EMEA region. This is not a transactional sales leadership role. It is an opportunity to partner with sophisticated OEM customers, engage in complex consultative selling, and help customers envision transformational solutions that improve performance, reliability, and competitive advantage.
As EMEA Sales Director, you will lead regional growth strategy, cultivate executive relationships, and guide a distributed commercial organization focused on long-term customer success. The ideal candidate brings both strategic commercial leadership and the ability to engage deeply with technical stakeholders and complex customer environments.
You will report directly to a senior executive known for a collaborative, empowering leadership style and a strong commitment to customer partnership, accountability, and innovation. This role offers the autonomy to shape regional direction while working closely with global leadership, engineering, and operations teams.

What We Need You to Do
- Develop and execute the strategic growth plan for the EMEA region
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing regional sales organization
- Build trusted executive-level relationships with OEM customers, distributors, and channel partners
- Drive revenue growth across existing strategic accounts while identifying new business opportunities and emerging markets
- Engage customers in transformational technology discussions and help create a vision for future growth and innovation
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving highly engineered power and X-Ray solutions
- Partner closely with engineering and applications teams to develop tailored customer solutions
- Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities for strategic expansion
- Collaborate with global leadership on forecasting, pricing strategy, business planning, and market development
- Strengthen Spellman’s presence across medical, industrial, semiconductor, scientific, telecommunications, and advanced manufacturing sectors
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions throughout the EMEA region
- Foster a customer-centric culture focused on responsiveness, accountability, collaboration, and long-term partnership
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven success leading technical B2B sales organizations across the EMEA region
- 7 years minimum experience in OEM sales of highly engineered, electronic equipment to a sophisticated, high tech customer base.
- Strong track record of designing and executing growth strategies across multiple geographies
- Experience identifying, developing, and winning major strategic accounts across diverse vertical markets
- Expertise in complex consultative sales environments with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to engage both executive leadership and highly technical engineering teams
- Experience selling engineered solutions, power electronics, industrial technologies, instrumentation, or capital equipment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities combined with a highly collaborative leadership style
- Experience leading distributed and remote teams across multiple countries and cultures
- Commercial acumen paired with technical curiosity and strong problem-solving capability
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the EMEA region
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred
